Tierra: My name is Tierra and I am originally from VA. I am currently enjoying my life in Veterinary School. Besides Vet School, I am very passionate about all that is natural, Including my hair! I plan on learning all there is to know about growing and maintaining natural African American hair.

I encourage everyone to start doing protective styles on your hair.

What is it?

Any style that conceals the ends of your hair.

Why should we do it?

Because it conceals your ends and protects them from the elements.

Remember that the #1 reason why we don't see hair growth is because we are not retaining it. We can do this ladies!
